Clinic Overview

Reflecting on the sorry state of the planet, despite the billions of dollars spent
on educating leaders in both the public and private sectors about the art of
leadership, Willy Arcilla concludes that “We don’t need better leaders, but
better followers”. This is supported by the admonition of the Greek philosopher
Aristotle, “whoever cannot be a good follower cannot be a good leader.“ He
recommends following Jesus Christ, the Son of God and the Redeemer of all
Mankind, who gave up His life in the most ignominious way for the salvation of
souls. He is the best leader of all time based on the sheer number of Christians
who follow him numbering in the billions; and the only religious leader who gave
up his life voluntarily to express his AGAPE or unconditional love for sinners.
The Roman Catholic Church He founded is the oldest and longest-surviving
human organization in the world, dating back over 2,000 years, while the next
longest dynasty, empire or kingdom built by humans have lasted only 250 years.
Who is the most difficult person to lead? Oneself. Willy Arcilla agrees with the
dictum that “One cannot lead others if he cannot lead himself.” To do this, he
advocates for everyone to return to their roots and go back to basics by
rediscovering the meaning and unlock the power of their names.
